My name is Deborah and I have been practising psychotherapy in South Woodford, E18 and London Bridge, SE1, Borough for over 13 years. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I work with both individuals and couples in London Bridge, SE1 and Borough areas, as well as South Woodford E18 either on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to explore difficult issues in order to live your life more fully.

You can also choose whether you would feel best working Face-2-Face in London Bridge, SE1 or South Woodford E18, or by working via Skype or FaceTime.

My approach to therapy is taylor-made to the individual.

I am an integrative psychotherapist. This means that I have trained in many different approaches to counselling, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), existential and humanistic therapy, Mindfulness, hypnotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I am also trained as an on-line and Skype therapist, and my professional development is on-going.

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process in which we can discuss together the right approach for you. Regular weekly meetings allows you the time and space to explore your thoughts and feelings in confidence - knowing that you will be treated with sensitivity and compassion.
