On-line & Telephone Counselling
 I am aware that it is not always feasible, practical or affordable for some people to attend weekly face-to-face sessions. Although weekly meetings are ideal, I also offer, by appointment, on-line and telephone sessions.
On-Line Counselling
If you are interested in on-line counselling, once we have agreed on the ‘appointment’, you would pre-pay the session on this website – and then send me up to 1000 words as an e-mail, or e-mail attachment.
A written response will be returned to you within four days, but usually sooner than that. The response consists of text interweaved into your e-mail, as I respond to the various issues you have raised in your communication.
Telephone Counselling
If you are unable to travel to my office for some reason, and prefer to have a session by telephone, similar to the on-line counselling – we would agree to an appointment time and way of connecting. You would then pre-pay, and, on the appointed time and day, we would have a session by telephone.
Note that telephone sessions are for 50 rather than 60 minutes.
