Once you have made contact, we decide together when to meet for an Initial Consultation. The Initial Assessment (one hour) is a time when we can meet to decide if on-going counselling or psychotherapy feels right.
When you arrive, ring the bell. The receptionist will buzz you in and call me to let me know you have arrived.
