Face2Face, On-Line and Skype Counselling

Does life sometimes feel like it is getting on top of you?

Could you benefit from exploring your thoughts and feelings in order to get back on track again?

My name is Deborah and I have been practising psychotherapy in South Woodford and London Bridge for over 13 years. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to explore difficult issues in order to live your life more fully.

You can also choose whether you would feel best working Face-2-Face, or by working on-line (e-therapy) or via Skype or FaceTime.

I am experienced in working with :

Stress and Anxiety

Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress

Relationship Difficulties

Bereavement and Loss

Life Transition and Decision Making

Guilt and Shame

Sense of Self and Identity

My approach to therapy is taylor-made to the individual.

I am an integrative psychotherapist. This means that I have trained in many different approaches to counselling, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), existential and humanistic therapy, Mindfulness, hypnotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I am also trained as an on-line and Skype therapist, and my professional development is on-going.

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process in which we can discuss together the right approach for you. Regular weekly meetings allows you the time and space to explore your thoughts and feelings in confidence - knowing that you will be treated with sensitivity and compassion.
